Catering & Latin Event Specialist
Brenda Ueman has more than 14 years of experience and expertise in event planning and management, catering and hospitality. Brenda joined Los Amigos Golf Course after serving as event sales director and destination wedding planner at Parayso Hotel and Spa in Tulum, Mexico, where she coordinated large-scale weddings and special events for an international clientele. Brenda previously served as the catering sales manager at Luminarias Restaurant in Monterey Park, California, where she planned and managed events ranging from weddings and holiday celebrations to fundraisers, quinceaneras and corporate events. Brenda is bilingual (English/Spanish) and is a graduate of East Los Angeles College.
